You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. The goods must be checked for completeness and integrity upon receipt. Claims for recourse 14 days after receipt of delivery can no longer be considered.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us (Almbusch GmbH, A-4581 Rosenau, Hauptstraße Nr. 31) without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
