Shipping and returns
Your ordered products will be shipped by us as soon as possible after receipt of your order. Delivery is usually three working days after the order is placed. The delivery is carried out by our partner DPD.

Delivery to Switzerland:
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. All information can be found at MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch will then take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and cheap. Since shipping is handled via Germany, the same shipping conditions apply on our part as to Germany.

You can send your order back to us within 14 days without giving a reason. As soon as the package has arrived, you will get 100% of your money back, including delivery costs. Before sending the package back, please send us an email to w4p@almbusch.com, stating the product to be returned, your name and the complaints.
