Shipping and Returns
Your ordered products will be shipped by us as soon as possible after receipt of the order. Delivery usually takes place three working days after the order. Delivery is carried out by our partner DPD.

Delivery to Switzerland:
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. All information can be found at MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep are then handled by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, fully cleared through customs, and at a low cost. Since shipping is handled via Germany, the same shipping conditions apply on our part as for Germany.
Since MeinEinkauf is a German company and Almbusch GmbH (Wood4Pros.com) is an Austrian company, they are entitled to deduct the VAT. Please enter the VAT number of MeinEinkauf in the shopping cart for this purpose!

Within 14 days, you can return your order to us without giving any reason. As soon as the package has arrived with us, you will be refunded the invoice amount of the returned items. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. Before you send the package back, please send us an email at w4p@almbusch.com, in which you state the product to be returned and your name, as well as the complaints. For more information, we ask you to read the subpage "Right of withdrawal".
For manual orders (by phone, email, etc.) of the offered goods that fall below the quantity of pallet-wise purchase, the seller reserves the right to charge a processing fee of €30 for goods worth up to €1000, and 3% of the goods value as processing fees and possibly shipping costs for goods worth over €1000. Orders placed through the regular online shop ordering system are exempt from these additional costs or are subject to the above conditions.
