Shipping and returns
We will ship your ordered products as soon as possible after receiving your order. Delivery usually takes place three working days after the order. Delivery is handled by our partner DPD.

You can return your order to us within 14 days without giving any reason. Once the package has arrived at our premises, you will be refunded the invoice amount for the returned items. The buyer bears the return shipping costs. Before returning the package, please send us an email to w4p@almbusch.com stating the product being returned, your name, and the reasons for the complaint. For further information, please read the "Right of withdrawal" page.
For manual orders (by phone, email, or similar) of the goods offered that fall below the quantity required for pallet purchases, the seller reserves the right to charge a €30 processing fee for goods worth up to €1,000, and a processing fee of 3% of the value of the goods for goods worth more than €1,000, plus shipping costs where applicable. Orders placed through the regular online shop ordering system are exempt from these additional charges or are subject to the conditions stated above.
