Producing solid wood in panel formats is of course possible, but the natural material wood tends to expand or shrink under changing climatic conditions, thus changing its dimensions. Since solid wood has no way to resist warping like our warp-resistant panel material, the practical lamella format offers maximum dimensional stability and also provides absolute break resistance.

The grain direction of the panels is indicated by the format specification.

The first number in the specification describes the direction of the grain orientation.

Example:

600x300x3mm

In this product, the wood grain runs parallel to the side with 600mm.
