You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. The goods must be checked for completeness and integrity upon receipt. Claims for recourse 14 days after receipt of delivery can no longer be considered.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Almbusch GmbH, A-4581 Rosenau, Hauptstraße Nr. 31, Email: w4p@almbusch.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us (Almbusch GmbH, A-4581 Rosenau, Hauptstraße Nr. 31) immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
